Dope Crunk / Roustabout Medley - Updated (by Kim)

PART 1 - Dope Crunk

SECTION 1:

8 Counts (in groups): Ba Boom Hips: Push out left hip and drop really fast
8 Counts (in groups): Swoop upper body in an S shape to the left (start with left shoulder slanted down), snap right hip

SECTION 2:

Facing the right corner, with your left hip:

4 Counts - drop, drop drop, pause (bending down at knees)
4 Counts - lift, lift, lift, pause (coming back up)
4 Counts - drop, drop drop, pause (bending down at knees)
2 Counts - swoop right leg around behind left leg to face right corner, ball change (left, right)
2 Counts - twist back around quickly to face left corner, pause
4 Counts - body wave
4 Counts - pelvis tuck, release, tuck, pause
8 Counts - 2 chest circles while turning to face right corner

Repeat on other side, facing the left corner with your right hip!

SECTION 3:

Facing the right corner, with your right foot back:

4 Counts - shoulder shimmy going back - snap up on 4 and pop right foot
1 Count - step out to right with right foot (to face front) - arms out to sides
1 Count - cross left foot behind right foot - right arm up
2 Counts - counter clockwise pivot turn - bringing right arm down behind head and around back out to the side
4 Counts - 1 set of snake arms
3 Counts - 3/4 shimmy starting on the right
1 Count - left hip bump

Repeat SECTION 1

SECTION 4:

8 Counts:
lift up onto the balls of your feet and go back down on 1
5 3/4 shoulder shimmies starting on the right with the drums
Turn on 7/8

8 Counts:
lift up onto the balls of your feet and go back down on 1
5 3/4 hip shimmies starting on the right with the drums
Turn on 7/8

6 Counts - traveling hip drops to the right
1 Count - step out to R , step back to L
1 Count - pivot counter clockwise to face back
6 Counts - traveling hip drops to the right
1 Count - step out to R , step back to L
1 Count - pivot counter clockwise to face back

SECTION 5:

8 Counts - 1st soloist get into position
8 Counts - 1st solo - everyone else do low snake arms or go down
8 Counts - 2nd soloist get into position
8 Counts - 2nd solo - everyone else do low snake arms or go down
8 Counts - 3rd soloist get into position
8 Counts - 3rd solo - everyone else do low snake arms or go down

PART 2 - Roustabout Remix

INTRO

16 Counts - reverse arabics into positions

SECTION 1:

8 Counts - locking snake arms going up
2 Counts - bring right hand around back of head and slide out to the left
2 Counts - snake arm on the right, down, up
2 Counts - interior hip circle
2 Counts - counter clockwise turn
4 Counts - 2 sets of of chest lift/lift/drop/drop
2 Counts - chest circle/squat down to the right
2 Counts - chest circle come back up
6 Counts - 3 sets of fast ticking interior hip circles
2 Counts - 2 fast interior hip circles

SECTION 2: start moves fast then slow them down (2:30)

2 Counts - horizontal chest circle
2 Counts - body wave
2 Counts - left hip figure 8
2 Counts - reverse body wave
4 Counts - roll both shoulders forward on 1, 3 count body wave
2 Counts - maya
2 Counts - reverse body wave

2 Counts - interior hip circle
2 Counts - ccw turn to face left corner while doing a chest circle
1 Count - roll right shoulder forward
1 Count - snap shoulder halfway back, snap shoulder all the way back
1 Count - bring right hand up
1 Count - flick hand down halfway, then all the way
2 Counts - pop right foot up and do a reverse body wave
2 Counts - hip bumps around front, back, front
4 Counts - front line turn and walk back, back line walk forward - slap hands

SECTION 4: (3:35)

8 Counts - locking snake arms going up
8 Counts - snake arms going down as you turn to the side and get into a line
2 Counts - 5 stomach pops (go with the music)
6 Counts - body wave with shoulder shimmy, turn to face other side on 8
2 Counts - 5 stomach pops (go with the music)
6 Counts - body wave with shoulder shimmy, turn to back on 8

Repeat SECTION 2 (3:57)

SECTION 5: (4:19)

16 counts - turkish shimmy
8 counts - 4 slower snake arms going out
8 counts - 4 taxeems going out 

2 counts - shoulders drop/drop, pause, turn to face back
6 counts - shimmy facing the back, bring right arm up and out behind you
2 counts - shimmy, turn to face other side
4 counts - shimmy, bring right arm up and out behind you
