facing the left with your right hip:
4 - hip lifts, bring right arm to the back
4 - hip lifts, bring right arm back to front
8 - hip lifts, go around counter clockwise - side, back, side, front with hands
8 - right hip lifts: front front back back front back front, switch sides to face right
8 - left hip lifts: front front back back front back front, face front
SECTION 2: hip hop combo
2 - right arm wave to body wave
2 - shimmy
4 - ticking interior hip circle - right front left back
2 - reverse body wave to chest pop

SECTION 3: travelling combo
4 - travel - cross left over right, step out to right, turn
